Bridging legacy workflows with intuitive and accessible tooling
descriptionSocial media can be overwhelming-especially for small businesses that lack the time or expertise. Creasprint's challenge was to create a tool that balances simplicity with power: intuitive enough for non-tech-savvy users, yet robust enough for professional workflows. I led the product design from day one-developing a custom design system, prototyping interactions, and iterating closely with the team. Each prototype served as a live demo tool to gather early feedback from potential users and our team, which helped me refine UX decisions and ensure business alignment.

The final product delivered a cohesive and user-friendly experience, praised by early testers for its clarity and ease of use. The modular design system accelerated future development and adaptation.
